- Phase 1 (3 – 6 months): Elaboration of a project plan, coaching and investor search with acib Business Development.
- Phase 2:Spin-in – integration of the project into the acib research programme – Phase 2.
- Phase 3 (up to 24 months): BREED project – technology development at acib .
- Phase 4: Spin-out, pre) SEED.

BREED FOR INVESTORS
- Risk limitation through focus on technological proof of principle before start-up.

- Partnership with an established competence centre with high experience.
- acib will fully transfer all IP generated in such project and will not claim any shares in the start-up (these shares belong only to the start-up team and you as our investor).
Ho does it work?
- Contact acib Business development and describe your investment focus per email or phone.
- Business development is scouting teams and start-up ideas within your focus (1-2 months).
- Choose from the available start-up ideas one (or more) you’d like to invest in.
- Joint project plan and milestones will be established.
- BREED project for maturation of the start-up idea to IP filing and start-up foundation.
